We deliver cut-to-size glass across the UK mainland. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched via specialist glass carriers.
Lead Times
Lead times vary by product type. Your order confirmation will include your approximate lead time. A confirmed delivery date will be emailed to you within 48 working hours of your order being placed.
Delivery Charges
- Toughened Glass — Free delivery on orders over £150+VAT
- Toughened Laminated — Free delivery on orders over £150+VAT
- Laminate Glass — £40+VAT flat rate
- Mirrors — Free delivery on orders over £150+VAT
- Double Glazed Units (DGU) — £40+VAT flat rate
- Heritage DGU — £40+VAT flat rate (POA beyond Glasgow)
- Fire Rated Glass — Quoted on enquiry
Delivery Method
All glass is transported loose-loaded on specialist carriers. All offloading of the goods is the responsibility of the recipient — please ensure adequate labour / machinery is on site to offload on the day of delivery. Glass will not be left unattended. For any specialist offloading or delivery requirements please get in touch.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Some remote areas (most of Scotland, and postcodes beginning LA, PL, TO, TR, LD) may incur additional charges — please contact us before ordering if unsure.
Damaged Goods
Inspect your glass on delivery and report any damage within 24 hours by emailing sales@glassshoponline.com with photographs.
