About This Product
13mm Pyrodur EW60 is an external-grade, toughened borosilicate fire-resistant glass providing 60 minutes of integrity and radiated heat protection (EW60 classification). With excellent acoustic performance and high light transmittance, it is suitable for both single and double-glazed configurations in steel and timber fire-rated frames, including fire doors and screens.

Important Information
Fire-rated glass must only be used as part of an appropriately approved and tested glazing system. Installation should be carried out by FIRAS-approved specialists in accordance with the relevant Certifire certificate specifications.
- Edge clearance: 4–5mm required
- Lateral clearance: 4–5mm required
- Rebate depth: minimum 20mm
- Operating temperature range: -20°C to +40°C
- Store in dry, ventilated conditions away from direct sunlight
- Never allow water contact with glass edges
